Fed: Oil tanker master charged over Victorian oil spill
The master of international oil tanker Sylvan Arrow has been charged over an oil spill
off the southern Victorian coast last month.
An investigation was opened after a New Zealand Navy frigate allegedly witnessed the
spill off Wilson's Promontory on December 18.
