FED:Happy? You must be a home owner

CANBERRA, Feb 25 AAP - Despite all the political rhetoric surrounding banking competition
and interest rates, many new homebuyers appear to be happy with their lot.
Far from weeping in their beer - as our politicians would have you believe after recent
interest rate increases - four out of five homeowners who entered the market in the past
two years have no regrets over what could be the biggest investment of their life.
And this group of buyers will have seen a dramatic change in their mortgage …
